PROGRAM MANAGER
A native of Brussels, Belgium, Dimitri brings over 15 years of expertise in the food industry to work with ERI. He holds a MSc Engineer in Agriculture and Agrifood Industries, a Cert. in International Development and Cooperation and more.
After working over 15 years in the food industry, Dimitri decided he wanted to work towards his values and believe that providing autonomy to people is the best solution to fight poverty, hunger and malnutrition which led him to finding ERI. He currently works with non-profit organizations on food security and sustainable agricultural initiatives and with private companies willing to transition to sustainable food systems. Prior to this, he managed business and projects in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India for agrifood processors (frozen fruits, sugar specialties, food ingredients, industrial bakeries, etc).
Dimitri speaks fluent French and English and has travelled all over the world!
